I purchased a turkey fryer from the Clermont, FL. store. It was on sale for $39.99. However, the fryer was defective and I was given a raincheck. After checking with numerous Target s in numerous stores, a fryer was found in our nearest store in Leesburg, Fl. This was after the raincheck's expiration in January. We were told by the store in Leesburg that the fryer was a seasonal item and that no raincheck should have been issued. Well, I did may part and checked Target store over and over, including a large Target in Orlando, FL. Finally, having found a turkey fryer, I was told the fryer was not a seasonal item and the raincheck could not be redemmed. I paid $59.99 for an item which should have been $20 less. It do no good to complain to a representative or supervison. The same old story was rehashed and rehashed - The item is not seasonal and the raincheck expired. (By the way, the receipt states the item is SEASONAL.) Having shopped at Target for many years, I will never make the mistake of doing so again. The attitude toward customes was indifferent, to say the least. store in Leesburg, FL.
