    I purchased 2 boots and Barkley un scented 20lb litters from your Target in Simi Valley, CA. When I got home, I cleaned my cat boxes and opened both containers. I saw the litter was almost to the top on one and a little over half way from top. I weight them on a scale and one weight was 20.2 lbs the other one was 14 lbs.     I would not EVER recommend this gardening hose, "COIL HOSE WITH MULTI-PATTERN NOZZLE". It was close to 100 degrees in my home town and I was very much in need of a replacement hose to water my side yard of 1.8 acres, after my previous hose wore out.     I live by a target and shop there regularly, but my last visit was terrible. At the check out line, I was overcharged on an item and pointed it out to the cashier that they were shelved with a different price.     The incompetence of Target never ceases to amaze me. I placed an order for a Smith-Hawken patio chair in mid May. The following week I decided to buy a second chair and placed that order.     Have purchased the store brand of Minoxidil 5% topical solution for many years from Target at less than $20 most of the time. Recently, in the Huntsville, Texas store is was selling for almost $31, which appeared to be an obvious error. A manager said "corporate" sets the price, so it is correct and all stores are the same.   • Severe Allergic Reaction to Market Pantry Brownie Bites



    We purchased the Market Pantry Brownie Bites last night. My daughter has an allergy to peanuts and tree nuts. The ingredient list was fine, and the allergy statement said "contains: egg, wheat, and dairy. A few bites into the brownie my daughter went into anaphylactic shock!!!     I wish to compliment an employee at the Main Desk of Target, Pine Island Road, Cape Coral, FL. Many people were waiting in a check out lane because of a credit card problem with the first customer in that lane.     HORRIBLE customer service. Purchased not ONE but THREE Nokia Lumia 520 within 2 years...which all have broke.     Just some food for thought. We ordered a Wii U because all of our local targets were out of them. That week they were offering a 25.00 gift card.     I bought up & up dishwasher rinse aid. I should have known better because their dryer sheets were worthless. The rinse aid claims to be spotless and dishes will come out "clean and shiny." They say it works on plastic. My plastic items came out cloudy like a stormy day, they were so cloudy.     I usually do not complain about minor things like the following. I purchased a package of 600 paper napkins. they were one ply, and measured 145 sq. inches. They were wrapped in a thin, clear, plastic wrapper. Before I forget, I am elderly, and have purchased Target products for many years with no complaints. Anyway, when I opened the package (from one end) napkins flew out in every direction. An estimate would be about one third of the contents ended up on the floor. I have few question. #1 Why do your company have outstanding Team Member that have worked for 6-8 YEARS do not work more than 32 or less Hours per week. Young pretty/mature women work the manager. I ORDERED SOMETHING ONLINE 3 DAYS AGO. I RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER AND THE ORDER NUMBER. I CALLED TO TARGET AND SPOKE WITH THEIR REPRESENTATIVE AND WANTING TO KNOW WHO DELIVERS MY ITEM. For 11-years I have been buying 'Maxwell House international orange cappuccino' at the Texarkana, Texas Target store. Being one of the most popular coffee's they so often out of stock when I arrive. Unfortunately for me I have not found another store in this area that stocks it. If Target wants to please their customer's then why in the world won't they order enough, when it is the first to sell out? Bought tons of stuff at Target. Went home & discovered a bag/items missing. Called them right away. Long story short-the cashier turned the bag into Guest Service, then Guest Services immediately put the non-perishable/clothing items back on the shelves right away! That's their dirty little secret to making a little extra money on the side, I'm sure. PLUS, they have outsourced their corporate customer service department to INDIA! My name is Carol and I would like to compliment Christi Craven in the Pharmacy Department @ 1550 E Lincoln Way in Sparks NV. I had renewed my medicine from the automated line and then decided to call and see if my mother could pick it up. Christi said, that would be ok along with ID and proceed to tell me the computers were down. Christi was calm and cool under a stressful situation which she then asked if I would like to have her call me when my refill was ready. Christi, called two hours later to inform me the system was still down and she did not want my mom to make an extra trip. Wow,that is what I call excellent customer service!!!!! I really did not expect a call. Much to my surprise, Kristi did call and was so pleasant. Two hours later I had my medicine. Thank you, Christi for taking the time to go the extra mile to keep a customer happy. I hope Target will value you services as much as I do.

I purchased a turkey fryer from the Clermont, FL. store. It was on sale for $39.99. However, the fryer was defective and I was given a raincheck. After checking with numerous Targets in numerous stores, a fryer was found in our nearest store in Leesburg, Fl. This was after the raincheck's expiration in January. We were told by the store in Leesburg that the fryer was a seasonal item and that no raincheck should have been issued. Well, I did may part and checked Target store over and over, including a large Target in Orlando, FL. Finally, having found a turkey fryer, I was told the fryer was not a seasonal item and the raincheck could not be redemmed. I paid $59.99 for an item which should have been $20 less. It do no good to complain to a representative or supervison. The same old story was rehashed and rehashed - The item is not seasonal and the raincheck expired. (By the way, the receipt states the item is SEASONAL.) Having shopped at Target for many years, I will never make the mistake of doing so again. The attitude toward customes was indifferent, to say the least. store in Leesburg, FL.
