    I called my local target store in order to verify that they had a certain product in stock. I was on hold for close to half an hour, and decided to check the website for availability instead. I verified that the item was in stock at my local Target store via the website. It was listed as "In stock" rather than "Limited Availability".   • Good customer service at Lake Worth, TX store



    I work 12 hours a day, and this store's both management and bike assembly personnel provided me with top notch customer service, it appeared that they even enjoyed their job and wanted to help me. I am a picky customer too, and before buying the bike certain adjustments needed to made since it was a floor model, they also assembled a bike for me and sent it aside for when i was able to pick it up, carried the messages over to the next manager the following day without me having to repeat anything or worry.   • Awful employees



    I was checkin out , checker took my coupons all but three which beeped. It was for the up and up cleaning product. The checker who said she was manager then told me she had to call another manager. Both of these ladies rude and lack of even their own coupon policy had NO business being in a management position !     i went to target checker took my coupons all but three she had to call a manager. Mind you she told me she was the manager. So I paid then looked at receipt noticed I was overcharged.     After many years of being a loyal Target customer I am finding myself reevaluating my stance. It all started 2/8/2012 we saw the Nolan club chairs in our local Target store. Since we have a compact car we opted to order from Target.com. We placed our order with our Target Red card and promptly were given a window of delivery between 2/10-2/22/2012 on the order.     I purchased a box of the Sun-Dried Tomatto & Basil snack crackers on the 19th. of Feb. 2012.     On Tuesday, Feb. 6 I shopped at Target, Centerton Mall in Mount Laurel, NJ. I asked an associate where to find glass salad bowls. Linda M directed me to the area. However, I continued shopping before going to the location. Next thing I know she appears and advises me of the isle to look into and what is available.   • No assistance with fraudulent charge



    Today I found out that there was a fraudulent charge made at Target using one of my credit cards. I seldom use the card but did use it back in December 2011 to make a purchase from Target online. I reported the charge and cancelled the card with my credit card company but was confused when they said that Target refused to give them any information about the charge so they couldn't not determine whether or not the charge was made in store or online.     Unable to return Christmas gift for my granddaughter because receipt was more than 45 days old. Bought Acer Netbook 11/16/11, gave it to her 12/31/11 and it crashed on 1/14/12.     I bought an Acer Aspire One AAA0722 Netbook at Target on 11/16/11 which I gave to my granddaughter for Christmas on 12/31/11 (we live in different towns). On January 14,2012, it crashed.     I've already written a review on Measured Up but the gist of it was I had a problem with some advertising of a product and asked to speak to a manager. The manager, who told me his name was "Jason," said that the advertising was wrong sometimes and that he couldn't do anything about it. When pressed further on the issue he hung up on me.     I was calling the Target store in Kalispell, MT inquiring about a product that was advertised and received what I can only think of as the worst customer experience I have ever had.     on 01/08/12 I was shopping a printer, I was doing some grocery shopping in target with my wife and decided to go to electronic and check what they had.     I know two people who work at Target and short of employee abuse, yet to be proved, this company makes these people work till 4 am. I am not shopping in good faith there any longer. In addition, I have heard the training program for retail executives is also not one to be proud of, so those thinking of working in retail and getting promoted think again.     I bought a itunes gift card here for 25$. As we checked out at the cashier i watched the cashier swipe my card threw the scan.     12-17-11 Morning Target closed its Starbucks food/coffee shop for several hours because one employee had not had a break in 4 hours. 1. Why does Target choose to staff employees such that it must close down an eating area because of one employee???     Target had a sale for a Nikon l105 for $99 and I ordered two of them online. One for a gift and one for myself.     I purchased two cans of Target Sport Sunscreen Continuous Spray 30 SPF. I used it two days in a row before I realized that it TOTALLY STAINED ANY CLOTHING THAT CAME IN CONTACT WITH IT!!!     On 11/02/2011, at the checkout, the cashier was very rude, she never gave me eye contact, never spoke to me or acknowledged me as a customer, she placed my change (coins and dollar bills) on the counter.     I was in the Merrillville, IN store on Saturday 10-22-11 and there was a sign under an item. I was extremely disappointed (as are so many others) that Target/Archer Farms changed what was such an excellent product to what is barely a mediocre product.     I am very unsatisfied with the Up & Up Deep Cleanser cream product I bought three weeks ago. It claims to be "oil free" but instead it felt greasy and left my face feeling oily as well and not clean at all.     I always get my face cleansers from either Target or CVS stores (whichever has them on sale) and have usually stuck to the Clean & Clear Brand with satisfactory results.     To whom it may concern, I purchased Up & Up brand diapers early this year around May and had NO complaints at all. I actually went online and stocked up because the diapers were the best out there. Even better than the Pampers and Huggies! I recently ran out and needed more in size 4. I went back to Target and purchased some. I noticed the blue dots were darker but thought nothing else of it. For 11-years I have been buying 'Maxwell House international orange cappuccino' at the Texarkana, Texas Target store. Being one of the most popular coffee's they so often out of stock when I arrive. Unfortunately for me I have not found another store in this area that stocks it. If Target wants to please their customer's then why in the world won't they order enough, when it is the first to sell out? If I can get Abertson's or Super-One, or Walmart to stock my coffee, I for sure will not go back to Target! Carmon Smith

Bought tons of stuff at Target. Went home & discovered a bag/items missing. Called them right away. Long story short-the cashier turned the bag into Guest Service, then Guest Services immediately put the non-perishable/clothing items back on the shelves right away! That's their dirty little secret to making a little extra money on the side, I'm sure. PLUS, they have outsourced their corporate customer service department to INDIA! My name is Carol and I would like to compliment Christi Craven in the Pharmacy Department @ 1550 E Lincoln Way in Sparks NV. I had renewed my medicine from the automated line and then decided to call and see if my mother could pick it up. Christi said, that would be ok along with ID and proceed to tell me the computers were down. Christi was calm and cool under a stressful situation which she then asked if I would like to have her call me when my refill was ready. Christi, called two hours later to inform me the system was still down and she did not want my mom to make an extra trip. Wow,that is what I call excellent customer service!!!!! I really did not expect a call. Much to my surprise, Kristi did call and was so pleasant. Two hours later I had my medicine. Thank you, Christi for taking the time to go the extra mile to keep a customer happy. I hope Target will value you services as much as I do.

I purchased a turkey fryer from the Clermont, FL. store. It was on sale for $39.99. However, the fryer was defective and I was given a raincheck. After checking with numerous Targets in numerous stores, a fryer was found in our nearest store in Leesburg, Fl. This was after the raincheck's expiration in January. We were told by the store in Leesburg that the fryer was a seasonal item and that no raincheck should have been issued. Well, I did may part and checked Target store over and over, including a large Target in Orlando, FL. Finally, having found a turkey fryer, I was told the fryer was not a seasonal item and the raincheck could not be redemmed. I paid $59.99 for an item which should have been $20 less. It do no good to complain to a representative or supervison. The same old story was rehashed and rehashed - The item is not seasonal and the raincheck expired. (By the way, the receipt states the item is SEASONAL.) Having shopped at Target for many years, I will never make the mistake of doing so again.
