    HORRIBLE customer service. Purchased not ONE but THREE Nokia Lumia 520 within 2 years...which all have broke. Finally purchased a replacement plan that I was advised by a representative would cover the phone replacement.   • Food For Thought from a "Valued Customer"



    Just some food for thought. We ordered a Wii U because all of our local targets were out of them. That week they were offering a 25.00 gift card. My wife asked for a rain check and the clerk told her to order it online. She asked if she would still get the 25.00 gift card and he said that we would still get it.   • Up and Up dishwasher rinse aid from Target



    I bought up & up dishwasher rinse aid. I should have known better because their dryer sheets were worthless. The rinse aid claims to be spotless and dishes will come out "clean and shiny." They say it works on plastic. My plastic items came out cloudy like a stormy day, they were so cloudy.     I was shopping at a local Target this afternoon for diapers and I always browse the aisles to see if there are any items that I need for my baby.     We have used Target diapers for our 18 month old and now our 4 month old. Being a family of 5 with one income I was so happy with the quality and price of target up and up diapers.     The Target website stated an item was available at my local store. At the store, they told me there were 4 of the items in stock. Turns out there were zero in stock.     I made a purchase of 4 pair of pants, a shirt (all for my 16 year old son), blackberries, celery, glade air freshner, and glade air wick. $56.00 worth of merchandise.     On 12/21/14 I bought a Magnavo T>V at Target Santa Ana (Bristol Street) in California. The employee offered me an extended guaranty of3 years for $29.00. I agreed to buy it.     I subscribe to Country Living magazine and they often show products that they SAY are in your stores.... I have gone to the local Target in Pearland Texas 3 times looking for what they say they have. They never do... @the baskets they show in October issue page 24..     I bought a 5 shelf bookcase from Target item#0021 and it was unreal putting it together in the first place and hwne it came to putting the back together which was nothing but 2 pieces of plastic taped together there wasn[t enough of the plastic backing to cover the back to screw it on for Q 1 and when it came to Q2 to be put on it was tooo long and the so called holes didnt' match up to where the other holes were and still to small to fit the back of the so called book case here.     Last week I locked my keys and cell phone in my car after visiting the Target in Pinole, CA. I went back into Target and asked the young woman at Customer Service if I could use the phone to call the insurance company and my husband.     I went to Target's online ordering and chose a pair of child pajamas for my granddaughter. It was exactly what she had asked for for her birthday. I started to do the online checkout, and discovered that Target will not send online purchase to a PO box.     Took a week to assemble Threshold kitchen island as ran out of glue. Got it together and doors would not close at all.     I usually do not complain about minor things like the following. I purchased a package of 600 paper napkins. they were one ply, and measured 145 sq. inches. They were wrapped in a thin, clear, plastic wrapper. Before I forget, I am elderly, and have purchased Target products for many years with no complaints. Anyway, when I opened the package (from one end) napkins flew out in every direction. An estimate would be about one third of the contents ended up on the floor.     Last week I received an e-mail of a 25% off on mens items, and a BOGO offer on shoes. The e-mail gave a character code that stated to provide upon checkout.     Despite advertising Target offers tuition reimbursement they definintely are NOT willing to employ college students. My daughter has interviewed twice with them once in Southport and once in Greenwood Indiana and they have made it quite clear both times that they do not want to work around a school schedule.     I love Target more than anyone I've ever met. I go there all the time and I don't usually complain about the prices because most are manageable and I believe I get what I pay for.     I bought boots and Barkley dental bones from my local target and gave one to my dog. A few hours later he collapsed and had severe vomiting.     I never had such good customer service about a credit/debit card as I did today with target. After I called the REDcard help number I had a simple menu with only like 4 options that I had to press a number to select.   • Poorly manufactured storage shelving



    We bought a Threshold brand double rod closet organizer. What a mistake! Metal tubes that had ends with no taper, making it almost impossible to fit them into the plastic frame joiners. The so-called stops that are meant to keep the tubes from going too far through the plastic frames sheared right off, resulting in uneven shelves. I have few question. #1 Why do your company have outstanding Team Member that have worked for 6-8 YEARS do not work more than 32 or less Hours per week. Young pretty/mature women work the manager. More time. they are the one that are ripping the customer off. Customer buy a red card and they make a copy. Go check the cashier camer. that where it started, check the south east. For 11-years I have been buying 'Maxwell House international orange cappuccino' at the Texarkana, Texas Target store. Being one of the most popular coffee's they so often out of stock when I arrive. Unfortunately for me I have not found another store in this area that stocks it. If Target wants to please their customer's then why in the world won't they order enough, when it is the first to sell out? If I can get Abertson's or Super-One, or Walmart to stock my coffee, I for sure will not go back to Target! Carmon Smith

Bought tons of stuff at Target. Went home & discovered a bag/items missing. Called them right away. Long story short-the cashier turned the bag into Guest Service, then Guest Services immediately put the non-perishable/clothing items back on the shelves right away! That's their dirty little secret to making a little extra money on the side, I'm sure. PLUS, they have outsourced their corporate customer service department to INDIA! I'm d-o-n-e with Target!!!!!!!!

My name is Carol and I would like to compliment Christi Craven in the Pharmacy Department @ 1550 E Lincoln Way in Sparks NV. I had renewed my medicine from the automated line and then decided to call and see if my mother could pick it up. Christi said, that would be ok along with ID and proceed to tell me the computers were down. Christi was calm and cool under a stressful situation which she then asked if I would like to have her call me when my refill was ready. Christi, called two hours later to inform me the system was still down and she did not want my mom to make an extra trip. Wow,that is what I call excellent customer service!!!!! I really did not expect a call. Much to my surprise, Kristi did call and was so pleasant. Two hours later I had my medicine. Thank you, Christi for taking the time to go the extra mile to keep a customer happy. I hope Target will value you services as much as I do.

I purchased a turkey fryer from the Clermont, FL. store. It was on sale for $39.99. However, the fryer was defective and I was given a raincheck. After checking with numerous Targets in numerous stores, a fryer was found in our nearest store in Leesburg, Fl. This was after the raincheck's expiration in January. We were told by the store in Leesburg that the fryer was a seasonal item and that no raincheck should have been issued. Well, I did may part and checked Target store over and over, including a large Target in Orlando, FL. Finally, having found a turkey fryer, I was told the fryer was not a seasonal item and the raincheck could not be redemmed. I paid $59.99 for an item which should have been $20 less. It do no good to complain to a representative or supervison. The same old story was rehashed and rehashed - The item is not seasonal and the raincheck expired. (By the way, the receipt states the item is SEASONAL.) Having shopped at Target for many years, I will never make the mistake of doing so again. The attitude toward customes was indifferent, to say the least. store in Leesburg, FL.
